Fresh Cut Flowers!

I'm one of those lucky girls that has a Superman who brings her flowers periodically. Thanks Mike!

Tip: When you have fresh cut flowers, add the packet of flower fresh powder to your vase first then add 1 quart HOT water.

I know that sounds bizarre but it works! It dissolves the powder and the flowers suck it right up. Remember to cut your flower stems off at least 2 inches on the bias before putting them into the hot water.

My flowers last 7-10 days at least.

It's also important to add water as the level goes down and to remove any leaves that are below water level.
