Our Favorite Barbecue Dry Rub
Do you like to make your own seasoning blends? Try this one! It's a little bit sweet and spicy too.
I enjoy eating as clean as I can when possible and I know I feel a lot better when I'm not eating processed foods so this is a simple answer to using packets of processed powders filled with anti-caking agents and food dyes.
I use it to rub Smoked Spatchcock Chickens, Slow Smoked Beef Roasts and Barbecued Smoked Pork Ribs, (recipe coming soon).
Ingredients makes 1 1/4 cup or 12 oz
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar

2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Ground Mustard
